			WPCA is the parish school of Blessed Trinity. Children attending WPCA or PSR at Blessed Trinity are encouraged to participate.

Girls Fast Pitch Softball

Fastpitch Softball is a C.Y.O. sport that is available to 4th through 8th graders. Depending upon the division each team is placed in, it is played on fields throughout the West Park area or fields in the western suburbs. Practices can begin the first week of March. Games begin in April. Check out the Schedules menu to the left to see when and where your team is playing.

Requirements

ALL of these requirements must be fulfilled before your child can practice or play. Do not send your child to practice until all of the requirements are met.

Fees

There is a $80.00 membership fee per family, per school year.

This fee covers all sports offerings including intramual sports. Once this fee is paid, it does not need to be paid again until the following school year.

There is also a $35.00 participation fee per child for this sport.

This fee helps defray the costs of fees C.Y.O. charges us as well as uniforms, equipment, maintenance, safety supplies and adminstrative costs.

Medical Exam

All children must have an up-to-date medical exam (good for one year). Forms are available here or from your child's coach.

Equipment

We supply most of the equipment necessary for playing baseball. Protective gear such as helmets; catcher's masks, leg guards and chest protectors. We also supply bats, balls, bases and some other practice equipment.

Each player must provide their own baseball glove. Optional equipment includes batting gloves or a player's own bat or helmet.

Uniforms are supplied by the athletic association. At the end of the season they should be washed according to instructions and returned to the coach. Visors must be purchased from us and can be used for future seasons at WPCA.
