Home – School Communications

The school office is open from 7:00 A.M. until 3:30 P.M, Monday through Friday. An appointment is always needed to speak with the principal and/or the teachers. The school phone is 216-671-7900.

Individual teachers can be reached by phone before or after school. If you wish to discuss any matter, you must have an appointment. Please do not expect the teacher to see you for a conference or a problem without an appointment. This allows you to receive the time and devotion you deserve.

Each month a calendar of events is sent home in a family folder with the youngest child in each family. Parent/Guardian(s) are asked to read and save the material. Please return the signed folder to your child’s homeroom teacher the next day.

Emergency Messages

The school will cooperate in trying to get emergency messages to the students. Please do not call the school office to leave a message for your child(ren) unless it is truly an emergency.

Telephone

The school phone is for school purposes only. Students will not be allowed to call home for forgotten items. The phone is a business line and has a limit to the number of out going calls.
